Principal Medical Writer
LONDON/OXFORD | FULL TIME
The role of Principal Medical Writer at 30 Technology is a critical role to support the development and maintenance of clinical and regulatory documentation as well as writing successful grant applications. You will be a strategically important member of the team playing a key role in writing clinical and regulatory documentation, securing future funding, collaborating directly with public bodies and other organisations on large scale projects.
This role could be based in London or Oxford, UK.
Responsible for writing high quality clinical and regulatory documentation, including but not limited to protocols, investigator brochures, informed consent forms, development safety update reports and study manuals
Support the development of regulatory submission documentation, including CTA, IND and NDA deliverables to ensure project timelines are me
Facilitate interactions with regulatory authorities including compilation of responses
Write manuscripts for publication in peer-reviewed journals
Lead development of conference deliverables, including abstracts, posters and slide decks
Developing and securing funding for highly technical business ideas through finding and selecting relevant grants
Collating and assimilating complex data and information to write high impact, winning grant applications
Administration of the application process, including communication associated with each grant and the relevant funding body
Developing an efficient and effective grant writing process, building relationships and liaise effectively with internal and external experts
Regular, ongoing cooperation with a variety of internal and external experts including scientific and finance
Achieve editorial excellence, producing clear, accurate, grammatically correct and creative written work
- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or technical subject with 5+ years medical writing experience working in a scientific, technology-oriented environment
You will have strong medical writing skills coupled with a strategic mindset and a sharp focus on delivery to succeed in this role.
Be able to demonstrate a strong record of successful grant delivery through organisations such as Innovate UK, Horizon 2020 etc.
Excellent attention to detail
Understanding of US and EU regulatory requirements
High motivation, excellent organisation and communication skills with outstanding levels of creativity and persuasive ability
